Yes. Registration, search, likes, matches and chat are free — there are no paid features to unlock.

No, the whole app works in the browser. You can add it to your home screen in one tap: it then opens like a native app and delivers notifications.

That is up to you. Choose a city by name and the map puts you at a random point inside that city, not at your address. Place the point yourself and you are exactly where you placed it. Profiles never show coordinates, only a distance, and photo metadata, including GPS tags, is removed on upload.

Swipe right to like, left to pass. When two people like each other, a match appears and the chat opens. Writing first is only possible to someone who has already liked you.

Only people you matched with or whose like you answered. Anyone can be blocked or reported in one tap, and moderators review every report.

They are on the way. Until then the web version works on any phone, and adding it to the home screen gives you the same icon and push notifications.
